Description

The SHELL rug stands out for its organic pattern inspired by soap bubbles that meet and distort upon contact with one another. Its broad shapes with soft contours are formed directly within the fabric through the use of different pile heights: the shorter areas define the boundaries and reveal the raised pattern. Its deep brown hue with mahogany highlights shifts depending on the light and the direction of the fibres, accentuating the depth of the surface. Woven from polyester with 6 mm pile, SHELL offers a soft, velvety feel that emphasises its sculptural character.
