Description

The SAXTON rug reinterprets the chequered pattern through a graphic composition of blocks and lines that intersect in a controlled rhythm. The contrast between the deep chocolate brown and the natural tones of the jute highlights the geometry of the design and emphasises the richness of the material. Hand-woven using the Cutshuttle technique, the SAXTON rug combines wool with natural jute, creating subtle variations in relief and texture. Its 10 mm pile offers a lovely density, where the softness of the wool tempers the raw character of the jute for a textured and sophisticated finish.
